Hello all,
Today I wanted to express my opinion of those who sleep in all day. We all know someone who sleeps till 1pm or 2pm, but is this really healthy? I personally have never been able to sleep past 9am, no matter how late I am up or how tired I am, 9am my body says "no" and wakes me up.
I had a friend in high school that would sleep roughly 14 hours a day. That is insane and ridiculous. How are you to get anything done in the day if you sleep it all away? Sleep as it is, takes away a third of your day with the recommended 8 hours. Sure it may "feel nice" to sleep an extra hour or two and I'm not saying its not needed, but sleeping till noon? 1pm? 3pm? 4pm? Why!?

When I'm rich I'll sleep 20 hours a day.
Over summer, I was evicted to a small little hick town, so I stayed up until 6am or so, and slept through the day, but still 6-1 is still only 7 hours...

I used to sleep until 12nn during school holidays, but then I realised that I was wasting my time on stuff that I wanted to do.
I wake up earlier nowadays. "Carpe Diem" I guess.
I usually sleep to 12N unless i have somewhere else to be...
